RALEIGH – Bandwidth, fresh off a partnership deal with Cisco, has formed what it calls a “co-selling” agreement with Miratech, which provides information technology services and consulting around the world.

Specific financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but the companies say it is intended to drive more business for each firm’s services among customers looking to establish, expand or improve digital customer experiences.

The deal highlights:

  • Miratech,s record of having “migrated tens of thousands of contact center agents onto next-generation CX platforms for some of the largest and most-recognized world leaders in the financial services, insurance, healthcare and technology verticals.”
  • Bandwidth offers its Maestro platform “bridges key capabilities across cloud contact centers, unified communications and artificial intelligence.”

“Bandwidth and Miratech are already actively engaged with several multi-country enterprise customer opportunities,” the companies said.
