Cacheflow Launches Zero-Code Usage-Based Pricing and Billing to Accelerate SaaS Sales

Cacheflow announced the launch of its zero-code usage-based pricing and billing solution. As the software industry shifts from a rigid, single-priced SaaS model to a value-based pricing model, software companies are struggling to adapt to this shift quickly. Companies that embraced this approach early, like Snowflake, are thriving. Their last earnings report outlined stellar 171% net revenue retention and 83% YOY revenue growth. Cacheflow’s usage-based pricing and billing can help any software company – from Fintechs to more traditional SaaS – that wishes to make this shift and remove the administrative burden that typically accompanies usage-based billing.

“At Orum, we are solving the hardest problems in money movement. We found that Cacheflow uniquely supports and simplifies our usage-based pricing from signature to invoice. The end-to-end approach with a checkout and automated payments was perfect for us,” said Stephany Kirkpatrick, Founder and CEO of Orum.

Key features:

  • Model pure usage-based pricing or hybrids with fixed, recurring or tiered prices – all with incorporated usage overages or true-ups.
  • Control what you charge your customers completely. Update usage data via API or enter manually to get started quickly. Combine both to avoid unexpected surges or dips that are immediately billed to a customer.
  • Empower your sales team to offer the right discounts – from pre-configured, product-specific discounts tied to volume or billing cycles, to customer-specific discounts with approvals.
  • Drive for pricing and billing standardization without restricting sales or adding overwhelming manual work.

“Too much money is left on the table today because GTM pricing models are not optimized,” said Sarika Garg, Co-founder and CEO of Cacheflow. “Buyers of software want to align the value they receive with payment. At the same time, they want to have predictability in their cash flow. We want to empower Revenue leaders to innovate on their pricing models and find the right mix – adjust your pricing model as you need and we will adjust the billing automatically.”
