“Our ultimate goal is to help community health centers adopt evidence-based approaches to provide better care to underserved communities”

Since 2007, HealthEfficient members have used eClinicalWorks solutions to strengthen care for more than 1.2 million patients around the country. More than 75% of HealthEfficient’s members use eClinicalWorks. As a federally-designated Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) working in collaboration with partner Primary Care Associations, HealthEfficient provides training, technical assistance, and peer collaboration for clinical quality improvement, Revenue Cycle Management, health IT, and data analytics. With the eClinicalWorks integrated primary care solutions, HealthEfficient’s member health centers are better equipped to provide data-driven and evidence-based care to vulnerable populations.

“Our ultimate goal is to help community health centers adopt evidence-based approaches to provide better care to underserved communities,” said Alan Mitchell, Executive Director of HealthEfficient. “eClinicalWorks and its all-in-one platform help boost the overall performance for dozens of our member health centers – from managing patient needs and revenue cycles, to security risk assessment and chronic disease prevention. The company’s expertise and flexibility give our members and clients the tools they need to provide integrated care quickly and efficiently.”

With eClinicalWorks advanced technology, HealthEfficient’s members and clients now have access to health IT tools that enable:

  • Value-based care: PRISMA — the industry’s first health information search engine — seamlessly gathers patient records from hospitals, primary care providers, specialists, urgent care centers, and more. PRISMA creates a searchable, timeline view of a patient’s health history so providers can review and update a patient’s complete medical history and use it to guide clinical care.
  • Physician satisfaction: With eClinicalWorks Scribe®, built on a natural language platform (NLP), physicians no longer spend hours manually updating Progress Notes. By combining health IT and voice-recognition software, physicians can now update documentation faster and easier with greater clinical accuracy. Scribe promotes greater physician satisfaction and reduces physician burnout by improving efficiency, allowing physicians to access Scribe on a smartphone without any additional equipment needed.
  • Patient satisfaction: Patient satisfaction is critical for a successful practice. With healow, HealthEfficient’s members can now streamline their patient intake process. Self-scheduling, contactless check-in, and personalized reminders help improve patient satisfaction while increasing operational efficiency.

“HealthEfficient and its members provide an incredible service for local and national communities, and we look forward to continuing to help them achieve success using our unified healthcare systems,” said Girish Navani, CEO and cofounder of eClinicalWorks. “With our technology, HealthEfficient achieves its mission to support the specific needs of health centers offering advanced care.”
