Tecnotree concluded the purchase of assets belonging to CognitiveScale(CS). The agreement covered the transfer of all CS Intellectual Property including its Truststar, Cortex, and Certfai platforms. Further, CognitiveScale Inc. has transferred all patents including 108 granted patents to Tecnotree.
