iHire Appoints Andre Riley as Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Strategic Business Growth

iHire announces Andre Riley as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). A top-performing SaaS go-to-market leader with more than 13 years of experience, Riley brings to iHire a proven track record of building and scaling powerful sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives to help organizations achieve and exceed their goals.

As CRO, Riley will drive strategic business growth, overseeing iHire’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as he focuses on expanding into new customer segments and partnerships while strengthening operations overall. Riley will also create and execute future strategic plans to boost revenue and capture greater market share.

“After years of building startups, helping a well-established company like iHire with strategic growth is a unique and exciting opportunity,” Riley said. “I am looking forward to working alongside iHire’s talented team members to increase market demand and raise brand awareness for our industry-focused recruitment platform.”

Riley comes to iHire from Arcade, a gamification software company, where he served as CRO. At Arcade, Riley grew sales exponentially, increased demand generation, and reduced customer acquisition costs (CAC). Prior, he spent over seven years at DoctorLogic, a marketing platform for healthcare providers, first as Director of Sales, then as VP Sales and Marketing before becoming CRO. Riley has also held sales management roles at software companies such as DealerTrack and ClickMotive. Additionally, he serves as an advisor and investor to startups and venture capital firms.

“iHire has been through a period of tremendous growth over the past few years, and we’re just getting started,” said Steve Flook, iHire’s President and CEO. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Andre aboard to guide us into the next phase of our evolution in the recruitment technology marketplace. His hands-on experience in the SaaS space equips him well to take iHire to new heights.”
