Health innovation funding also went to startups working on health data and analytics, diagnostics, robotic surgery, dental practice management, tech-enabled hospice, and much more.

Meet hundreds of Health Transformers IRL by joining us at the StartUp Health Festival @ HLTH in Las Vegas on Nov 13–16, 2022.

Health innovation funding for the first week of November was led by MedCrypt, a San Diego, CA-based cybersecurity solution provider for medical devices. Intuitive Ventures and Johnson & Johnson Innovation led the $25M Series B, with participation from Section 32, Eniac Ventures, Anzu Partners, and Dolby Family Ventures. <source>

Other recent deals included:

Carta Healthcare, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of clinical data technology, raised $20M from Paramark Ventures, Frist Cressey Ventures, American College of Cardiology, Asset Management Ventures, CU Healthcare Innovation Fund, Mass General Brigham, Maverick Ventures Investment Fund, and Storm Ventures. <source>

Galen Robotics, a Baltimore, MD-based “Digital-Surgery-as-a-Service” provider, raised $15M from Ambix Healthcare Partners. <source>

Intus Care, a Providence, RI-based healthcare analytics startup, raised $14.1M led by Deerfield Management, with participation from Jumpstart, Nova, and Collab Capital. <source>

Enzyre, a Nijmegen, Netherlands-based developer of ambulant diagnostic technology for blood coagulation testing, raised €12M ($11.9M) led by Oost NL, with participation from i&i Biotech Fund, Demcon Investment, Takeda Ventures, and Novalis Biotech. <source>

Archy, a San Jose, CA-based payments and management platform for dental practices, raised $10M co-led by Bessemer Venture Partners and CRV, with participation from Alven, Nurzhas Makishev, Adapt Ventures, 2.12 Angels, Diagram Collective, and individual investors. <source>

Neurotrack, a Redwood City, CA-based company developing digital cognitive health tools, raised $10M from undisclosed investors. <source>

Yes Hearing, a New York, NY-based provider of an online platform and at-home treatment for the hearing impaired, raised $10M led by Blue Heron Capital, with participation from Ensemble Innovation Ventures, Primetime Partners, Maccabee Ventures, and Gaingels. <source>

Guaranteed, a tech-enabled hospice startup, raised $7M from BrandProject. <source>

Exer AI, a Denver, CO-based digital remote patient monitoring platform focused on MSK, raised $6.5M from AME Cloud Ventures, Backstage Capital, Life Extension Ventures, GGV Capital, Morado Ventures, Oceans, Operator Partners, Sand Hill Angels, Signia Venture Partners, and other investors. <source>

Joylux, a Seattle, WA-based menopause platform, raised $5.5M from J-Ventures, J-Impact, and Dr. Kathy Fields. <source>

Tiny Health, an Austin, TX-based gut health testing company,raised $4.5M led by TheVentureCity. <source>

Early Is Good, an Indianapolis, IN-based diagnostic solutions company focused on renal disease, raised $4M from Social Capital. <source>

Options MD, a Los Angeles, CA-based telehealth startup providing care for severe depression, raised $2.35M led by Bread & Butter Ventures, with participation from M13, Bright Ventures, Collab Capital, MedMountain Ventures, Techstars, and the Google for Startups Latino Founders Fund. <source>

Wellin5, a Carlsbad, CA-based mental health company, raised $2M from undisclosed investors. <source>
