“Clinical Characteristics, Treatment Persistence, and Outcomes Among Patients With COPD Treated With Single- or Multiple-Inhaler Triple Therapy” finds that single-inhaler triple therapy was associated with significant reductions in health care resource use, with consequent cost savings. Sleep
Looking at short-term changes, “Air Pollution and the Effectiveness of Positive Airway Pressure Therapy in Individuals With Sleep Apnea” demonstrated that air pollution, even at the relatively low levels, showed a measurable association with a change in objective positive airway pressure treatment effectiveness.
