Mighty Yum Unveils Its “Game-Changing” Line of Plant-Based Lunch Kits

Seeking to fill a major market gap for fun, healthy and convenient finger foods, Mighty Yum is debuting its “game-changing” lunch kits at the Plant Based World Expo, taking place from Sept. 8th – 9th in New York City. 

Made with 100% plant-based ingredients, Mighty Yum’s products offer a healthy twist on nostalgic children’s lunch kits, with a significantly improved nutrition panel. Available in classic flavors such as turkey and cheese, ham and cheese, and pepperoni pizza, Mighty Yum’s meals are filled with superfood ingredients, with the same flavor and texture as traditional meats and cheeses. 

On a mission

The brand was founded by Marc Elkman and Howard Pane, two fathers who recognized the difficulty of finding healthy, tasty and convenient foods for their kids. With 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, the pair decided to team up to change the way families eat on the go. 

“We realized how corrupt food has become, and how dangerous it can be to form unhealthy habits at such a young age,” said Howard Panes, Co-Founder of Mighty Yum. 

Reducing health risks

According to the brand, its core mission is to introduce families to more better, more delicious and enjoyable plant-based food options, and prove eating healthier doesn’t have to be a battle.

“By implementing plant-based meals and snacks, reducing the consumption of heavy meats and dairy products, which are highly consumed by the standard American diet, our kids and youth will live a healthier life reducing the risk of obesity and poor mental health,” Marc Elkman, Co-Founder of Mighty Yum.
